BerKeley Deck, Berkeley, CA
A contemporary redwood deck with ascending horizontal fence boards. The deck was constructed from locally sourced western Redwood using substantial 2×6 decking board fixed to joisting with a screw-less system that helps to bring out the beautifully contrasting golden hues of the decking. The horizontal high tensity cable system used between posts was to maximize the picture perfect view of the Berkeley Hills and Oakland.
